Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any soap products. Why? Due to the nature of handmade soap and personal care items, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product leaves our shop, it cannot be restocked or resold. Please don’t hesitate to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about ingredients, scents, or whether a product is right for you. We are always happy to help!
Sizing Details
Because every bar is handcrafted and hand cut, the exact shape and weight will vary slightly from bar to bar. Listing weight is the average for a particular batch. Minor visual imperfections are to be expected.
